Flavour is composed of semi sweet, oily roast, burnt cake ends, meaty roast, tangy green apple, dried fruit, bitter roast in the finish.. Lingering bitter roast, fruit cake. Classic Russian imperial stout.

Cask at 73 Enid Street. A clear dark mahogany red brown coloured pour with a a lasting loose beige head. Aroma is nutty, waxy, tobacco, woody pine, light tang,. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, rounded, layered malts, tabacco, leather, toffee, pine. Light green apple note. Palate is semi sweet, rounded, mellow cask condition. Not bad. Lacks the depth of the kernel brown ale.

Aroma is big dark smooth bitter roast, varnish on pine furniture, dark chocolate, mellow ashy note, zippy lemon. Palate is semi sweet, rounded, highish carbonation.. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, punchy roast, zippy lemon pine sap. Spicy notes, bitter roast, light Ash. Really nice.

Aroma is semi sweet, nutty twiggy malts, dried fruit, fruit and nut, white raisin, light toffee. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, nutty, dried fruit, raisin, leafy hop, hedgerow hop, herbal notes.. Palate is semi sweet, rounded, good cask condition. Light spicy hop note in the finish. Good stuff.
