Cask at the cock tavern Hackney. A clear gold coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is mellow bready grains, brambles, hedgerow hop, blackberry. Flavour is composed of rustic grains, light spicy hop, brambles, hedgerow hop, rustic. Palate is semi sweet, decent cask condition. Light tang. Good.

Tap at the cock tavern Hackney. A clear mahogany brown coloured pour with a lasting creamy khaki head. Aroma is crusty brown bread, light tangy dried fruits, apple. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, brown bread, light green apple, raisin, cola cubes, fizzy sweets. Ginger. Palate is semi sweet, tangy fruit, moderate carbonation. Bit odd.

Cask at the cock tavern Hackney. A clear dark mahogany brown coloured pour with reddy hues and a loose kahki head. Aroma is sweet malt loaf, dried fruits, rum and raisin, layered malts, cakey malts. Flavour is composed of medium sweet, sticky brandy snap sugars, cakey malts, tangy dried fruits, raisin. Lovely malt layers. Palate is medium. Sweet Sticky mellow carbonation. Light tangy bite in the finish. Nice.

Flavour is composed of semi sweet, chewy toffee malts, spicy hop, stewed fruit, grass, Warming alcohol. Palate is semi sweet chewy, moderate carbonation. High boost.

Bottle shared at campsite near cloyes Sur l'lore. A hazed bright pink coloured pour with a fine pink head. Aroma is nice yogurty tart funk fresh fuzzy peach, nectarine, blackberry. Flavour is composed of semi tart, fresh fruit, nectarine, fuzzy peach, apricot. Palate is super crisp, tart, frothy carbonation. Surprisingly good.

Palate is semi sweet, chewy and flabby. Moderate carbonation. Ok.
