Hermod Profile - Brewver (Dev)

Keg, had at 24th May 2025.
Poured pale yellow in color, white head.
Citrusy and pleasantly dry overall, not the sweet fruity thing. Nelson shows, giving some white wine notes. Bit one dimensional though.

Poured hazy and pale yellow in color.
Stone fruity, some slight ripe fruity notes in aroma. Fairly dry finisih, light bitterness.

Poured clear and light golden in color.
Mellow feel. Melony, sweetish, meadowy. Not a hop I like it seems.

Intense aroma of dankness and tropical fruits. Full bodied, light hop burn. Enjoyable still.
