Can that Rafa delivered just a few hours back. Misty golden-orange body, a bit shaky white head with medium retention. Very pungent aroma - citric, vaguely pellety, peachy, vaguely funky... some herbal notes, really nice. Lean, dry taste, very dry, bit tart, big herbal bitterness. Still, this has some lovely hoppy touches, somewhat citric (grapefruit) and tropical, vaguely berryish, with a big bitterness. Huge even bitterness. Somehow, it's a grower and it works!

Can, delivered by Rafa just a few hours ago! Hazy golden body, lasting bit thick off-white head. Huge Riwaka aroma, mainly lemony-citric, with popcorn undertones, light white grapes and that good old NZ maquis herbal notes, with some mild maltiness. Soft, lean, juicy, very drinkable taste, herbal, citric-tart, white grape, licorice of all things, herbal finish, but not aggressively, so well balanced, good bitterish finish. This is lovely - at first it might be much... but every sip if you put your mind into it surprises with more. The vaguely tart touch lowers the score slightly for me - but who cares.
