A small and centrally located place, basically one small room with a couple of tables in the street outside. Friendly and English speaking service. Quality of the Hoppy Dog beers was solid. Definitely worth a stop.

Draft at the source. Very hazy fruit juice orange with an off white head. Aroma of grassy and weedy hops, a little herbal, fruit behind. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter.

Draft at the source. Clear golden with an off white head. Aroma of light grassy, fruity and citrus hops with grain. Light sweet and above light bitter. Very crisp and decent.

Visited on the recommendation of Marko on what I understand is their closing week. By happy coincidence it also happens to be over the road from my hotel.

I came a few minutes after opening and there was a couple of tables already full of locals. Good to have a bit of energy and atmosphere in the place! The place itself seems fairly small. You walk in to a bar area and there’s a room with a few table by that. The corner is taken up by guitars and speakers. Obviously there’s live music here. Classic metal playing which makes me happy enough.

The beer I tried was so-so, but I’d rather a so-so beer and good atmosphere than a great beer and boredom!

Draft at the source. A little hazy golden copper with a cream head. Citrus, caramel malt and grassy aroma. Light to light moderate sweet and above moderate bitter. Kinda messy.
