I don't really tick much nowadays. Still enjoy a decent beer just as much, along with the community that Ratebeer originally built. I've not moved to that popular app and never will - It's become a monopoly which is having too much influence on today's craft beer scene.

Yeasty, pineapple, lemongrass, mineral. Less fresh fruity, a little cheesy on the yeast.

This is a cool little place a bit of a stint out of the center in a residential area. It’s at ground level, in a park area so it’s easy to find unlike some places in this crazy city. Not the sort of place you would ever discover by accident as a tourist, I just found out about it by talking with a local craft beer guy. Anyway, it’s a little place with twenty taps, that looks more like a cafe. Or even a cat cafe with a psycho kitten running around. Surprisingly the folks working here spoke a little basic English. Beers from Back Future brewery are heavily saison focused and fun to try if not exceptional

Appearance - 7 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 6.5 | Texture - 7 | Overall - 7

Draft at one of their bars in Chongqing. Clear gold with Belgian yeasty vibes - I’m certainly getting their saison focus even in this. Fruity in a light way, with herbs, nettles and bready notes. Fairly sweet and slightly less bitter.
