Clear bright amber beer, tidy pale tan head. Smooth palate, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Smooth malts, a mild touch of malt cream and an even milder touch of unsweet toffee. Ripe fruits with nice edges of English hops orchard fruits and berry fruits. Light and semi dry finish. A typically clean and tasty affair from Bishops Nick these days. To think there was a time when I actively avoided this brewery.

Bright clear gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Thin bodied pale malts, a nice light touch of natural grain and a very light creamy sweetness. The Kiwi hop duo bring light cooling pine and a mild. Soft and slightly ripe citrus and tropical fruits, a nice winey vibe but also a little ripe. Mild candy fruits on the light and semi dry finish. Nice brew although, not quite what I was expecting from these 2 hops. Smooth and tasty.

Can. A mild to medium haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Airy palate, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Thin bodied pale malts but a good creamy sweetness. Soft pine into some decent Strata, mild passion fruit. A little stone fruits and a good general background of hop fruitiness, citrus and some Rakau exotic hard to pin down fruits. Light finish brings a trace of modern Mosaic candy fruits. Pretty hop fruity PA and all the better for it.

Can. A light haze on this orange gold beer, small bubbly cream colour head. Light palate, semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Thin bodied grainy malts, a very mild and thin creamy sweetness. Light cooling pine. Astringent thin and slightly watery citrus hops. Light dry crisp finish. An actual hop spice linger. Appreciate GK trying to do something a little more craft mainstream but, this is quite clunky if not certifiably awful.

Can. Hazy raspberry colour beer, small bubbly pale apricot head. Airy palate, semi dry, good fine minerally crispness. Light smooth malts, a mild creamy sweetness. Crisp piney tart fruits, raspberry and strawberry evident. Good tart berry freshness. Juicy tart berry fruits offset well by the well judged vanilla. Good sweet and sour tension. Berry fruit intensity. Very quaffable, doubly so for a Imperial sour.
Can. Hazy yellowish gold beer, small off white head. Light palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Thin bodied pale malts, a light creamy sweetness. Citra hops bring light orange, touches of mandarin and tangerine and a whisper of orange creamsicle. Mellow skunk lurks about underneath. Airy and fairly dry finish brings a very mild bitterness. Life in the old Citra dog yet!
