Fruity notes of orange and peach, melon, red grapefruit, pine needles, semi sweet pale malts, light bitter hoppy finish. Tasty and easy drinking.

This is my nearest venue to home so I do go here fairly often and it is located on a corner location in a quiet residential area. This venue doubles up as both a café and a beer bar. The owner/staff are great and knowledgeable, and having known them for years before this place opened I was sure this place would be a winner on the beer side, and this has proven to be the case. They have frequent tap takeovers, and often with brewers of which many I have never tried before. Those events as well as their beers can be found across their well-maintained verified Untappd entry, with their menu of 10 taps and a fridge full of cans/bottles frequent updated. Also, being a café, food wise they do some great toasted sandwiches I can recommend if you are peckish. For a beer tourist this place is not very central, and a little out of town to visit maybe, but for me as a local I love this place and will continue to visit frequently.

Located in the newly developed Carlsberg district this bar while being very new and modern inside retains a lot of the old building features outside and the first thing you will notice in the warmer months is the generous outdoor seating that can lead to this place being really busy at certain times. Inside this place has 14 taps featuring mostly their own beers with the odd guest brew on, they also have a fridge of their own beers as well. As their other bars the large to small pour price ratio makes it seem pretty expensive to get smaller size ticks so its not a really a place to go in that respect. As its very local to me I will still go now and again and grab a large pour when meeting friends. Not a must visit but potentially a nice location to stop by if doing a Carlsberg brewery visit.

Typical Bootleggers setup as the many other bars across town now, so verified UT venue here with 15 taps and some cans/bottles in the fridges, mix of DK/UK/EU and a few US offerings, same setup where its not really ticker friendly (don’t save much dropping to a half from a full pour) so gets expensive, staff ok enough and welcoming. Location means I don’t visit here often, but a place that could be combined in a Amager crawl with the other venues nearby.

Amager has certainly got better since I lived there, so many choices now – this bar opened up sometime ago now and I have visited a couple of times now. Spread across two floors it’s a small to decent sized venue and fairly easy to find. This is a UT verified venue and covers all off their 18 taps and cans/bottles available. Service has been friendly good on my visits, and they often have tap takeover and other events. Recommend stopping by and combining a visit with the other venues in the area.

Been here quite a few times over the years especially during more clement weather periods what with its great location being on a ship in the harbour. Pretty small selection as expected but some decent stuff on tap here, great in the summer to have a cold beer with views over the harbour (have to give this 10/10 for setting). Can get busy being in a very tourist heavy area, but if not too busy and weather is good well worth a cold one, soak up some sun, nice views and watch the boats go by.

Visited just the once so far and with it being a landside bar I will probably not visit that much (would have been great and more visited for me if it had been airside) – but it’s still a nice venue which has a good selection on tap (18 taps) fridges of cans (mostly their own/with some guests) good food offering (pizza) although abit steep price wise. By no means a must visit for me, but it ss a UT verified venue so can always arrive at the airport a little earlier if needing to track down some ticks before going through security.

Have ordered from this German webshop many times in the past, always a nice selection, good prices, service and fast delivery, but sad to see that recently they have stopped delivering to Denmark and most other EU countries, hopefully if they start up again I would be more than happy to place another order.

Visted just the once during a visit when going to the excellent nearby Bewskival festival, located very close to the port this has a typical Bishops Arms interior on entering, familiar setup with a decent selection of beers across the taps and some beers in the fridge, service was friendly good although got pretty busy later in the evening. Not a must visit venue but if in town worth a stop to see what they have on.
