Month old pint can
A: Crystal clear pale mahogany or tea color with little head or lace.
S: Light aroma of green herbs, caramel, nuts and oddly, a hint of coffee.
T: Pretty sweet. Pecan and toffee, then herbal hops and tart plummy notes join for a stab at balance.
M: Medium body, low to average carbonation and sticky finish.
O: Interesting flavor blend but ultimately just a bit too sweet.

2 week old pint can
A: Hazy deep yellow with a tall long lasting head
S: Tart citrus, stone fruit and floral notes over faint wafer cookies.
T: Moderately bitter and citrus forward with sweet/tart lemon-lime zest, pulp and pith. Woody malts then join as if an afterthought.
M: Frothy carbonation, light body and clean feel with no hop burn.
O: Not the usual onslaught of pineapple and peach. Better than most hazies IMO.

A: Poured dingy reddish brown like new motor oil. Little head or retention.
S: Fresh brewed coffee, chocolate. A hint of molasses and faint herbal hops.
T: Lightly bitter, sweet and roasty. Coffee forward along with the herbal hops. Nothing really dominant, all in balance.
M: Light bodied with active carbonation and lightly oily finish.
O: Not as bold as a flavored porter/stout but tasty and approachable.
