BB: 11/25/26. 15 can mix pack at a great price. Goblet at home.

Honey gold pour, bit of protein haze. Stupid large, off-white soapy head.
Black pepper crackers, citrus, mellow floral nose. Good sniff test.
Sticky citrus & honeyed malt. Old pine & a dab of cream sweetness. Tiny bit of citrus to give it some much needed brightness, resin on the tail.
Itchy, fizzy texture. Light acid. Some expected body, average abv warmth.

Very okay.

Harris Teeter. Can from their very socially aware assorted 17-pack. Best by 11/18/26, assuming this is 6 months out, this is close to being old.

Goblet at home. Short work day (wanna get away?).
Crispy, medium gold. Tall, dense soapy head, active pour. Inviting.
Upfront Cs, powdered sugar, pine resin, bread flour nose.
Very earthy, damp, medicinal front end with some okay pine & weak pith middle on. Oddly boozy flavor. Finish dries out with some lingering herbal & white pepper.
Frothy, high acid but medicinal & boozy enough to not feel session-y.

Dunno.

500ml bottle from Press. Didn't have the stamina to do a side by side, so here it is, weeks later.

Pint glass at home. Hearty, medium gold, some protein suspension, solidly frothy & suspended.
Waxy, grape skin funk, rosin, murky floral, melted plastic nose; Very intense.
Sharp, juicy, cider vinegar, sock funk, pine sap, some citrus pith leading stiffly into backend leathery oxidation & an eventual menthol finish. It gets kinda sour at the end too. Other vintages had way more pith.
Fully frothy, heavyweight body, slightly sour, mellow warmth.

Entertaining to try the verticals as they get released. Though this one in particular feels rushed together with scrap parts. Or maybe it just aged terribly, I don't know.

Pint can from Bottleworks. Mid-afternoon slurp at home.

Super bright & filtered, pale gold pour.
Industrial, stiff, warm wood, sharp apples, fresh veg nose.
Real bittersharp apples, lemon, white wine, mineral finish.
Crispy, dry & boozy with lingering tartness that borders on sour.

Not enlightening but a solid & affordable pounder.

Brown 750ml via Press. Lo-ball at home. Diesel genny humming in my ear, no power for a couple days.

Pale straw, slightly suspended pour, weak soda head.
Sour pineapple, cider vinegar, floral funk, bubblegum, white wine nose.
Lemon floral, acidic melon twang, mushy core sweetness, sharp cider vinegar, texture-y/dusty yeast endtrails.
Good bubbles but they die too fast.

Not good enough.
