Stoke Red (2024) from Eve's Cidery was the one that did it!

Corked 750 from their spring bottle club. Sleeping for a bit till today. Pint glass at home.

Clear, pale, still, iced tea pour.
Veggie, yeastie, lightly sour citrus nose.
Oak, veg & unsweetened tea. Slightly floral skin. Strong acidity, sharp, lingering tartness, but missing some character.

Intentionally still. Okay to good-ish.

Corked 750 from their spring bottle club. Pint glass at home a few months later once I got around to it.

Clear, golden amber, a tiny little bit of noticable carbonation.
Very oaky, macerated, long perceived tannins on the nose.
Taste is lemon, oak, berry, watery tannins, oxidized pineapple, lingering citrus peel.
Thin, moderately astringent, strong acidity, good strength for only 7%. A bit watered down.

Albee Hill feels with some here & there boldness.
Good.

Fruit Extravaganza 21|22 - Sureau: Draft Version from Gueuzerie Tilquin was the one that did it!

This data could not be processed , Tilquin Sureau - Draft Version -

Fruit Extravaganza 21, 22, Gueuzerie Tilquin, 7, 4, 8, 3, 15, 3.7, On tap @RLRL. Mostly clear, dark raspberry, frothy pour. Cider vinegar, plum & picquet wine nose. Sour, odd soft funk, earthy, sharp fruit skin, something like concord grape. Half way pedestrian. Not enough sour to balance the fruit, but it's nicely tannic, sessionable & plenty tasty. , 6/2/2023 3:50:45 AM, Belgium, Walloon Brabant, Rebecq-Rognon, Lambic - Flavored

Tilquin Myrtille Sauvage - Draft Version - Fruit Extravaganza 21, 22, Gueuzerie Tilquin, 8, 4, 9, 4, 16, 4.1, On tap @RLRL. Clear, dark cherry, still. Nice blueberry skin that's a bit more earthy than I'm used to; faint funk. Tart, but really juicy. Fruit must be plentiful. Follow though has some noticeable oxidation. Lime leaf, bittersweet, mellow but lingering sock funk, low guano, high astringency, love the satisfying sour finish. Great., 6/2/2023 3:58:15 AM, Belgium, Walloon Brabant, Rebecq-Rognon, Lambic - Flavored
