Unclear orange with a foamy head. Mainly stone fruit, grain, toast, apricots, sourdough, rye. Fruity sweetness, sourish, dry mild bitterness. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry fruity sourish sweet finish. Quite a mess.

Unclear golden with a foamy head. Saaz hops, crafty magnum hops, grass, sourdough, lemon zest, resin, some stone fruit, slightly metallic. Crisp hoppy zesty bitterness. Medium bodied, creamy oily texture, lively carbonated, dry hoppy zesty bitter finish. A nice, crisp and bitter Czech Pilsner, really like the Saaz flavor here, yet it’s a bit crafty due to the magnum hops used. Too bad no buttery notes can be found here..

Clear darker amber with a foamy fluffy head. Metal, roasted malt, some caramel, iron, grapefruit zest. Metallic bitterness, some malty sweetness. Medium to light bodied, oily watery texture, lively carbonated, dry metallic malty roasty bitter finish. A tasty Altbier!

Cloudy dark yellow with a small creamy head. Lemon juice, sourdough, smoked ham, clove, unripe banana peel, tartness. Dry sourness, fruity sweetness, umami. Medium to full bodied, oily texture, soft to lively carbonated, dry sour smoky fruity finish. Very tasty Rauchweizen!
