C: black, opaque.
A: a lot of coffee, chocolate, cocoa, bit dark fruits, roasted tones.
T: full malty base, light fresh coffee, roasted tones, dark bread, cocoa, herbal spicy touch, dry on the palate, soft carbonation, nice, enjoyed for sure.

F: medium, white, good average retention.
C: gold, hazy.
A: mellow fruity, apples, banana, peach, pears.
T: full malty base, banana, red apples, pears, honey, herbal, bit grainy, nice balanced bitterness, medium carbonation, not bad for the style yet nothing really special, enjoyable still.

T: full malty base, nice prominent roasted tones, chocolate, cocoa, dark fruits, dark bread, long lasting bitterness, medium carbonation, very nice balanced for the style, enjoyed for sure.

C: dark amber, hazy.
A: malty, sweet mellow fruity, red apples, some berries.
T: full malty base, mellow fruity, red apples, berries, light spicy, herbal touch, decent bitterness, soft carbonation, more on the sweet side, for Tripel may be ok yet noting really for Christmas beer.

A: a lot of citrus, grapefruits, mango, lemon peels, pineapples, earl grey tea somewhere in the background.
T: citrus mix, light malty base, earl grey tea, pineapples, mango, nice balanced bitterness, medium carbonation, refreshing, enjoyed for sure.
