F: big, tanned, good retention.
C: black, opaque.
A: nice roasted tones, coffee, cocoa, dark bread, bit herbal, nutty, some berries touch.
T: medium malty base, a lot of roasted tones, bitter chocolate, nutty and caramel touch, bit herbal, long lasting roasted bitterness connected with hoppy bitterness, medium carbonation, very good, fully enjoyed.

Taste is medium to full malty base, grapes, mineral, white wine touch, woody, peach, dry on the palate, medium carbonation, nice balanced bitterness, delucious, fully enjoyed.

75cl bottle @ the source. Head is big, pink, average retention. Colour is dark red, hazy. Aroma is sour cherries, woody, barnyard, cellar, bit lemon, red fruits, funky. Taste is full cherries juicy, funky, bit woody, cellar, fresh sour cherries, bit sulphur, earthy, bit tomato, medium body, medium carbonation, simply great beer for the style, fully enjoyed.
