500 ml can. Hazy pastel gold with lace. Pineapple, passion fruit, mandarin, lime in the nose. Very juicy, somewhat sweet flavor, biscuits, pineapple, tropical fruits. Silky skooth, light peppery finish.

500 ml can. Very pale gold and effervescent. Airy head. Fruity nose, light crackery malt. Crisp, bitter flavor, light and crisp. Just a touch of dms. Quite dry, bitter finiish.

From the bottle at the Chinatown taproom. Flat, dark brown with orange tints, cloudy. Nose is treacle, port, vanilla, oak. Super sweet and rich treacle and caramel, vinous, vanilla, strong oak presence that almost balances the sweetness. Not a lot of hops. Very tasty, tons of port cask influence.

On tap in Chinatown. Bright golden color, clear golden color with a medium head. Nose is all Nelson hops: white grape, citrus, light spice, clean malt. Light, snappy body and flavor with that rounded malt from cold fermentation, low esters, nice hops.

Tap in Chinatown. Medium amber-red, hazy, with a tall white head. Fruity nose, cherry, apple, bread, some caramel. Somewhat sweet flavor, quite fruity malt, biscuits, light caramel. Slightly too sweet but fruity and tasty.
