Bottle pour at Saito in Aomori. Clear and colorless. Bright, fruity nose, with rice, koji, ginjo-ka spiciness. Sweet and fruity flavor, with melon, pear, and light tropical fruits. Very fruity and luscious.

Bottle pour in Hirosaki. Clear, colorless. Dry, straightforward nose with light apple and lemon. Rice. Crisp, dry, lightly fruity flavor. This is like a Niigata style "tanrei karakuchi" light and dry. Not my favorite but ok.

Bottle pour in Hirosaki. Clear and shiny. Fruity, spicy nose with koji and ginjoka. Clean, crisp flavor that is slightly sweet and very fruity. Nice ginjo spiciness too. Well made.

Can in Hirosaki hotel room. Slightly darker than usual, but not amber. Malty nose, with light toast. Low hop aroma. Malty, crisp, ok bitterness, mildly fruity and sweet. Moving towards festbier territory but not quite there yet. Would be closer at 5.8% or so.

Can at Itami airport. Super fruity nose. Citrus includes lime and mandarin orange. Crisp crackery malt. White grapes in there too. Herbal and grassy. Rather sweet, a bit more than necessary. There is something slightly weird and sugary in the finish. Maybe it needed more time to fully referment. Good, could be better.
