Established in December 2000, The Basque Market is a cornerstone of the Basque Block in Downtown Boise, Idaho. We’re best known for our Basque catering—especially our giant paellas, sometimes prepared for 800 guests or more! Whether it’s a conference, wedding, anniversary, or private event, our paellas are a showstopper. Rain, snow, or shine, we cook paella from start to finish on our patio every Wednesday and Friday, serving it at noon.
