After 10 years of travel and beer making with some of the best brewers in the world we are humbly settling into this former church in Sundbyberg, Stockholm.
Our dream is to make Omnipollos kyrka a distinctive experience for beer by building on top of our journey so far, and by an exploration of locality, subtlety, patience and obsessive pursuit of freshness.
At Omnipollos kyrka we are focusing heavily on hops. In fact, our brewery was purpose built by German equipment supplier BrauKon to make soft and palatable IPAs. We also have a barrel cellar reserved for big dark beers, a pilsner program and a deep love for fruited sour beers.
