The legendary brown bar of Brussels, formerly known as Monk, is back as Billie.
Our bar crew is serving the best of Belgian beers, traditional or local, draft or craft, yet always with love and expertise. Together with Belgoo Beer from Brussels we brew our own Billie beer: a blond, bright and light IPA made with artisanal hops.
In our café you can eat fresh daily soup and sandwiches (until 6pm) and various cheese and charcuterie boards (until 11pm).
