Our Evanston taproom & brewery is an intimate space for guests to enjoy a pint with old friends- or perhaps make a new one. Evanston Sketchbook is a few steps away from both the Purple Line and Metra, and easily accessible by bike or foot with plentiful street parking. The taproom hosts occasional pop-ups from local food vendors, and guests are always welcome to BYO food or order in. NOTE: Sketchbook is now composting, so please help the planet by sorting your trash!

Our taproom features a dozen different beers on tap, there’s something for everyone. We brew a variety of styles, including Pilsners, lagers, IPAs, hazy IPAs, Belgians, stouts, saisons, fruited sours, and barrel-aged varieties. Guests are welcome to enjoy or pint or try a flight, and the staff is always eager to offer suggestions and tasting notes. We also have gluten free (GF) cider and nonalcoholic (NA) kombucha on tap, and cans of soda and lemonade offer some family friendly options.
