Lagered for 13 weeks before packaging. Rich, complex, smooth & malty combined with a pronounced yet soft & rounded bitterness, brilliant clarity.

Canned 8/28/25, drunk 4/6/26.
Malty with light honey, cookies and bread. Good and round with obvious proper lagering giving a clean, crisp finish. Hops are low, but this is also 8 months old. Some mild, dried herb lingers.
Crisp, with ample bitterness and lots of breadiness, carbonation and texture, though it's still on the dry side. Doesn't have the rich, deep, honey-like malt you see in a lot of American examples; rather a more dry, breadier character. But equally satisfying and the peppery herbal hop character is very well-done. Balanced and flavorful. A shame I never made it to their brewpub.

On tap at Gebhardt Beer Culture. Pours a clear light gold with a white had that dissipates to the edges and laces slight. Aroma has a good amount of hay with some earthy grass and a light straw note supporting. Flavor has a nice straw and grass note with a growing hay and just a touch of melon in the finish.
