Sampled from tap at 'Be Unorthodox'. Hazy, yellow with a white head. Slightly sweetish, sourish, quite fruity, moderately herbal-spicy aroma of rhubarb, lemon and some gooseberry. Quite sour, fruity, slightly spicy and minimally herbal taste of lots of rhubarb, lemon, some gooseberry and a touch of lime, followed by a short, quite tart, minerally-dry and minimally salty finish. Thin body, quite astringent and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice, refreshing Gose, easy summer beer.
