Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours near black with a thin tan head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of coconut with sweet bourbon and a touch of dark grains backing. Flavor has thick dark grains with a good amount of coconut, some caramel and a hint of bourbon supporting.
