Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a deep dark ruby red with a pink head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has dry tar berry with a bit of an earthy hay backing. Flavor has a nice tart but slightly sweet berry with hay and a light funk supporting
