We sourced rare hop hash - a super concentrated hop resin - from Crosby Hops in Oregon, USA.
To allow the intense tropical hop flavours to shine, we used a simple malt bill of Pale Ale and Oats - for this Double IPA, it really is all about the hops.

Keg at Brew Dock, Dublin, 24/09/18. Golden orange with a well presented off white head. Nose is orange pith, toasted bread, cantaloupe melon, mango, airy malts. Taste comprises grapefruit, light pine, melon, grass, mango, soft breads, pineapple. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with balanced juicy hop bitterness. Decent enough easy drinking DIPA.

Draft at 57 The Headline in Dublin. Clear bright golden yellow color white head. Tropical fruit aroma. Taste is bittersweet juicyfruit dry finish
