For our Summer 2018 Berliner Weisse, inspired by what’s growing in the cottage garden, we’re bringing the flavours of tart raspberry and fragrant elderflower to our favourite mixed grain, mixed fermentation, low ABV, sour beer. With a grain base that comprises of 50% malted barley and 50% wheat, we use ale yeast, combined with lacto bacteria, to sour the beer. Infused with raspberry and elderflower.It’s a fun beer, a sweet and sour summer treat, brewed especially for your next garden party.
