Bavarian Weiss. Hefe-Weizen meaning 'wheat with yeast', this Bavarian style Weiss 'White' is highly effervescent, it is unfiltered, and hence cloudy, with a fluffy white head. Fruity and tart in the mouth, with hints of lemon, while the dominant aromas are of banana and clove.

WoW this one felt like one of the lovely German hefe weisse. If you like that style of beer. This one will do you good. Unclear yellow golden color with a big fine white head. Solid lacing down the sides of the glass. Wheat, yeast, clove and banana. Tad sweet as it should. Ok body and ok carbonation.

Draft. A hazy amber beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of wheat and bananas. The flavorflavor is sweet with notes of wheat, bananasas, and odd spices, leading to a dry finish. Fermented at the right temperature?

On tap. The beer starts smooth, banana and clove. The mainpart is slightly sweet. Smooth and easy to drink. The mainpart is sweetish-smooth. Since yeasty notes. Banana which isn't too pushy. The aftertaste is smooth, not really bitter. Nice and not bad! 13/12/12/12

Yellow, hazy, dense white head
Aroma - Soft banana and clove, apricot, yeast, fruity, classical hefeweizen aroma, but nice and mellow
Taste - Lemon, lightly tart, yeast, soft wheat, soft peppery hops, fruity pale malts, creamy soft cereals, very good
Palate - Soft carb, medium body, very soft mouthfeel. Finish - really good quite intense wave of cereal wheat comes through in the finish
Overall - Really good Hefeweizen, decent flavour, nothing too strong, no harsh banana-clove notes, well balanced.
