Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear straw yellow wine with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has a nice grass and hay combination with a bit of sweet grain underlying. Flavor has a nice slight earthy grass with growing hay, some sweet grain and a bit of straw backing.
