On tap at the brewery. Pours a thick black with a chestnut brown head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of umami and cognac with strong dark grain and a hint of chocolate underlying. Flavor has strong cognac and umami with a strong chocolate and a boozy dark grains backing.
