Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear straw yellow with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces. Aroma has bread and earthy grains with a bit of wet straw coming through. Flavor has bread and earthy grain throughout with a bit of a leafy finish.
