Sampled from the tap at the meadery. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has dry and slightly tart apple with slightly sweet honey supporting. Flavor has sweet and slightly tart apple with a bit of sweet honey underlying.
