Sampled from a 12 oz can this beer poured a cloudy pale yellow color with an enormous fluffy white head that lingered and left minimal lacing. The aroma was sweet with cracker, a bit of mustiness, vague herbs, citrus and phenol. The flavor was tart and tangy with citrus, perfume, light astringency and a touch of medicine. Long finish. Medium body. Ok.

Month old can > stemless wine glass A: Hazy pale yellow with a huge head, retaining well and lacing in patches. S: Wheat and lemons mostly with light herbal notes. T: Tart lemon flavor with peppery spice and wheat crackers. Basil is barely perceptible. M: Light body with very stiff carbonation scrub and clean dry finish. O: Not bad at all, surprisingly since I don’t particularly care for saisons or wheat beers.
