(Tap) clear, bright yellow colour with a small white head; aroma of tartness, peppers; light, balanced flavour with a long, very light bitter and tart finish

Draft at the High Country Beer Festival. Clear bright golden color white head. Basil aroma. Taste is herbal light straw light body. OK

Sampled from a 12 oz can this beer poured a cloudy pale yellow color with an enormous fluffy white head that lingered and left minimal lacing. The aroma was sweet with cracker, a bit of mustiness, vague herbs, citrus and phenol. The flavor was tart and tangy with citrus, perfume, light astringency and a touch of medicine. Long finish. Medium body. Ok.

Month old can > stemless wine glass A: Hazy pale yellow with a huge head, retaining well and lacing in patches. S: Wheat and lemons mostly with light herbal notes. T: Tart lemon flavor with peppery spice and wheat crackers. Basil is barely perceptible. M: Light body with very stiff carbonation scrub and clean dry finish. O: Not bad at all, surprisingly since I don’t particularly care for saisons or wheat beers.
