Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a dark brown mahogany colored body that supports a thin tan head of foam. The aroma offers up smooth gin, a wine note, floral notes and some oak and more gin. The taste delivers tart almost puckering wild yeast notes flowing into a mildly tart wine sensation. To midway the flowery, earthy and mildly spicy notes and spicy oak come to the surface. Really nice sipper with scary drinkability.

On tap at Salud Beer Shop, pours a deep dark brown / near-black with a small beige head. Aroma brings out lots of botanicals and gin barrels, with lots of citric notes. Flavour is quite citric, with lots of botanicals, herbal notes and citrus. Fairly ascorbic, but it's pretty interesting.
