On tap at Wooden Robot, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out tart citrus, farmhouse notes, and light lacto. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of ascorbic citrusy notes, moderate acidity and some farmhouse notes. A bit harsh but certainly has character.

Draft at Moo & Brew in Charlotte. Hazy golden yellow color white head. Stonefruit aroma. Taste is tart lemon and summer fruit. Very tart but tasty
