Pours clear golden with visual carbonation and a lacing white head. Aroma: plenty of brett, wine barrels and grapes must. Taste: Funk wood barrels, ripe grapes and light lemony malts. Balanced mouthfeel.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a near clear dull gold with visible carbonation and a white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has dry white wine note with tart lemon, a light funk and a touch of sweet grains underlying. Flavor has a combination of dry white wine, oak and tart lemon with some light funk underlying.
