Sampled from the tap at Pilot Project. Pours a clear red with a slight ruby hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has dry wine grape and slightly tart strawberry with a bit of light funk underlying. Flavor is a bit more jammy with strawberry and a bit of yogurt underlying.
