Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear deep amber brown with a tan head that dissipates quickly and completely. Aroma has sweet grains and whiskey with a touch of ginger and cinnamon underlying. Flavor has sweet dark grains and a light whiskey with a touch of ginger backing.
