Draught at the brewery, 5/26/18.
Dark mahogany, undetermined clarity, with a tan head fading steadily to a ring.
Burnt coffee and lots of fruity raisin and plum. Soft vanilla and then crunchy, toasty dark malts. No alcohol, however and it's neither too acrid nor too fudgey. I like the fruitiness here quite a bit.
In mouth it shows burnt coffee up front with some interesting toffee-raisin character but gaining too much acidity and burnt character as it progresses and unfortunately coming off acrid. On the dry side, with light thinning on the end. Don't get any maple character. Low, slightly loose carbonation. No alcohol noted. Meh.

Draft at the source courtesy of Nate, thank you sir! Dark brown color beige head. Maple aroma. Taste has coffee, dark cocoa, more maple. Sweet

Can from Jeff, thanks for the hookup! Dark brown with a khaki head that persists. Rich coffee and roasty chocolate with some light maple and a hint of smoke. Weird mashup of ingredients but a tasty beverage in the end.
