Smell of fine roasted dark beer. Its big and black. Its looking good and smells good. Tate is mellow and fun, enjoyable from the start. Mild and refreshing for a stout. Its also quite on style. Truly a tasty unoffensive milk stout. Thanks! Nice beer tasting experience with this tap.

Taster pour at the brewery. Appearance is opaque black with no discernible sparkle, nice cap of beige head with decent retention and decent lacing. Aroma is roasted malt, lactose, mild fruit. Taste is as aroma. Palate is medium bodied with velvety smooth, thin texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, nice mellow, creamy flavor and texture. Doesn't get overly sweet. Approachable.

Draft taster at the brewery. Flavors of milk chocolate, sweet grains and moderate vanilla. The finish is chocolatey with a mild creamy texture. Overall, a well-executed sweet stout that is not cloying or overly sweet. Real nice mouthfeel.

On tap at the source. Deep brown bordering on black with a long lasting tan head. Roasty earthy on the nose and in the flavor. Light creamed coffee finish. Pretty tasty sweet stout.
