Sampled from the firkin at Happy Gnome. Pours a cloudy dark brown with a tan head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has earthy dark grains, some lactose, light roasted malts and some mint underlying. Flavor has notes of mint and dark grains with a bit of light roast and lactose supporting.
