16oz can - cellared for about 6mo. Pretty - simple at first sip, but complex and balanced extremely well. Very nice

On tap at Ridgewood, pours a hazy almost purpleish with a small white head — bottom of the keg? Aroma is full of acidic apricots, some wild notes, and a touch of oak. Flavour is full of bright apricots, high acidity, and some bugginess. That’s too much acidity but the fruit character is very good. Not the most complex fruited wild ale but it’s pleasant.

Aroma has notes of apricot, lemon, wood, funk. Pours hazy golden with an immediately collapsing white head. Taste is highly sour (8/10) with flavors of apricot and barrel.
