Can: Poured a hazy pale yellow color ale with a medium size white foamy head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma consists of strong wheat malt with light sweet candy-like ester. Taste is a good mix between some wheat malt notes with some candy-like ester with sweet undertones. Body is about average with good carbonation. Well done with nice refreshing notes with just maybe a tad bit too much of residual sugars.

Cannette 473ml. Couleur paille voilée, mousse blanche floconneuse laissant une dentelle tenace. Arôme de banane verte, un brin sucré, blé, pain? Goût de blé, banane subtile, girofle en fin de bouche. Carbonatation moyenne-faible, corps faible, mais pas aqueux.

Very nicely done. Great balance, and definitely more interesting than the average hefeweizen. Bread yeast, light banana and clove. Cloudy golden pour with good head, lacing. Finishes with light, crisp sweet and sour flavour. Good all around beer from small brewery. Tap at Gainsbourg.
