Can: Fecal grass and scallion nose.Cloudy yellow, medium head, wispy sediment, good lace. Strong malt flavor, grass and lilly accents. Medium body, easy carbonation. Wow, this is really good. Very flavorful and well balanced. Stellar!

12 oz. can purchased at Greg & Janes, Epping (less than a month old). Pours a mildly hazy yellow with some fizzy head. Aroma is mild grapefruit and flowers. Pretty much what I expected, the hops carry over lightly into the flavor. Ends on a crisp texture with a very subtle bitterness. As it warms the yeast is more obvious. Decent.

Pours a hazy amber from a can. Big grapefruit aroma kind of falls flat a little on the taste, good beer.

2 week old can > wine glass A: Pale mostly clear with a small eggshell head that held up for a minute or two, falling to a thick ring. S; Muted scent of citrus, pith and sweet crackers or wafers. T: Fruity citrus flesh and bitter pith with a sour dough lager-y finish. M: Light and creamy with fine carbonation and light resin coating the roof of the mouth. O: Good overall and very tasty. Well worth a try.
