Quince from an old tree growing inside the historic walled garden of Cluny Castle give this cider its fruity, floral, citrusy and slightly musky aroma. Blended with Scottish heritage apples and made using the keeving process and traditional method.

Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo, 07/09/2025.
Moderately hazed golden orange with a thin white cap that escapes to the edge.
Nose is sharp apple, herb, hedgerow, grass, straw, light funk.
Taste comprises bitter apples, hay bale, funk, light acidic nip, herb, hedgerow, farmyard vibes.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying close with a funky edge.
Solid kit.

13/8/2025. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Citric, apple aroma. Nice tangy tart taste. A little sherbety and salty. Lively carbonation. Good.

750ml wired cork bottle from Aeble. Opened with a pop. Golden colour, short-lived big foamy head that quickly dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of quince, floral, citrus. Taste is tart, tangy, quincey, fleshy, flowery, with notes of ripe apple, white wine, and some zingy acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
