Clean biscuity, medium bitterness, medium body, actually not bad. I still don't know what an Italian pilsner is, though.

On tap at Odd Company, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma is clean, with light grassy hops and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is clean, with grassy hops, crisp biscuity malt, and straw. Reasonably hopped and clean finish. Pleasant.

On tap at Odd Company. Pours clear pale gold with a white head. Dry grassy hops and cracker malts on the nose. Flavour has cracker malts, dry grass; decent carb and body. Pretty solid Italian pilsner.
