PRE-PROHIBITION STYLE LAGER MADE WITH GOLDEN RICE AND GREEN CORN, THIS CRISP, LIGHT LAGER IS BREWED IN TRADITIONAL WAYS WITH CLASSIC INGREDIENTS. THE NAME GIVES A SUBTLE SHOUTOUT TO OUR FRIENDS OVER AT SUGAR CREEK MALT IN INDIANA.

Last day for Wellspent so I had to make it down there to have one last beer. Pour is a clear gold with a large white head. Aroma is grain and corn. Flavor is more of a sweet corn with a small bitterness at the end. Not my favorite from this brewer but again I had to go down and have one final beer.
