Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is fairly fruity with notes of peaches and apricots upfront. Lighter herbal gin notes and hints of oak. Light grain and alcohol notes. Pours a hazy, golden color with a medium sized, thin, white head that recedes quickly to the edges where it lingers in clumps. Faint lacing and small legs. Flavor is fairly acidic with light grain notes. Medium low bitterness and light alcohol notes. Moderately strong notes of peaches and nectarines but also some lactic acid, lemon notes. Medium light herbal and floral notes with hints of oak. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, an alright saison but it's much too acidic. Solid fruit notes but the acidity makes them come across as under ripe. The gin notes are nice and work well with the fruit.
