On tap at Barreled Souls, pours a deep dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out loads of cognac barrels, with just a trace of the base beer still detectable. Flavour is along the same lines, with plenty of cognac barrels, oats and earthy coffee. Hearty still, but now more characterized by the barrels. Good.

Draft at Otto’s. Jet black color brown head. Aroma of sweet brabdy vanilla and coffee. Taste is also sweet lightly boozy with brandy cocoa espresso and more vanilla. Very nice

4 oz. draft at The brewery. Pitch black color with fast dying tan head. Aroma is oak and mild traces of cognac. Pretty good flavor. Mild cognac, plenty of wood, mild chocolate. Body is a tad thinner than I like but overall good flavors.
