This truly aromatic beer, thanks in part to the addition of hops during the boil and also during secondary fermentation (dry hop), boasts very intense floral and fruity aromas. Exotic fruits are evident in the attack and give way to a pleasant bitterness on the finish.

Ingredients
MALTS: Pilsen, Munich, Vienna (San Adrian, Navarre)
HOPS: Chinook, Cascade, Columbus (Azpeitia, Gipuzkoa)

Draught @ Kuhela Ciderie, Bayonne. Pours a clear golden amber, loose white head. Floral, slightly perfumed hoppy presence.. balanced bitterness, decent session IPA.
