A light, thirst-quenching recipe, thanks to a beautiful balance between malt and hops that brings a delicate bitterness. The final note is sunny with malty, slightly honeyed touches, supported by the freshness of the hops. Finally, a transparent bottle, sublimating its golden color, like a treasure to be savored! Zazpi is a beer that can be enjoyed neat or accompanied by a slice of lemon, from the bottle or in a glass. We can easily imagine ourselves by the beach, the late afternoon sun, a little music, and a nice cold Zazpi...

Draught half @ Restaurant Etchebarne, Mendionde, Pays Basque after cycling 2100km across France off-road in 14 days. First taste of beer in 6 weeks. Pours a clear pale gold, small white head. Ok simplistic blonde, a touch lagery and light bodied.
